Nesuto Apartment Hotels have always had Telstra Fibre internet services as we require the best network available for our operations and guests. We needed to increase our bandwidth capacity from 100Mbps to 1/1Gbps at each hotel but were concerned about the increase in cost.
Cloud Kitchen were able to activate nine new services using our existing Telstra infrastructure while significantly reducing our costs. All sites were connected in under a month from placing orders which exceeded all our expectations.

Previously we had an expensive premium solution with Telstra comprising of a business-grade fibre, connected IP Network and multiple SIP lines that cost in excess of 5K per month.
Cloud Kitchen allowed us to bring our existing numbers to the Dialpad platform and connected a high speed 400/400Mbps NBN Enterprise Ethernet. Not only did that improve our internal, external and follow-up communications, it also saved us approximately $2500 per month.

We’d purchased an IPECS system around 6 years ago and were initially using Telstra for TID service and Business SIP for $60 a channel.
We ported numbers to CK SIP saving us around $20 per SIP Channel and connected a Telstra Wholesale Internet Service at a much cheaper price with faster speeds than dealing directly with Telstra.
